Should I let him touch my boobs?

My best guy friend and I have been friend's for 6 years, he is 15 and I am 14. We are pretty close, but we really are just friend's and that is all we will ever be. I was over at his house today. His parents weren't home, so we decided to watch a movie up in his room. Then he asked me if he could ask me something without me getting weirder out. So I told him to spit it out, then he said that he was curious about something. And he asked me if I would take my shirt/bra off and let him touch my boobs. I said no right away, but then he said that he just wanted to know how they feel like. I told him to ask his girlfriend, but he said he is "afraid to ask her" and if I would let him do it. I said no, but he told me to think about it. I noticed that he has been staring at them a lot, and I find it kinda freaky. But maybe if I let him touch them, it might stop? And it would be just a friend thing, so it won't matter. But I'm not sure about this. Should I just let him do it or not?
