How to get scary story out of my head?

2 days ago my friends were talking at school and i went to see what they were talking about they were talking about b-mary i don wanna say her name and they said my friend fallon tried it and she saw some face in the mirror i know its a story but im still scared when i go to the washroom i feel like the lights will go out and b-mary will come sorry for spelling and sounding like a wimp
