What's wrong with my dad? Does he have OCD?

My mom is My mom wrorks more than my dad so whenever we need groceries, she makes the list and then he has to go get the groceries after he's done wrorking. My mom's list is not hard to follow at all. it's very orderly, but she has kind of a bad handwriting, but you can still READ it. For some reason, my dad feels the need to get a new piece of paper and pen, sit down, and re-write the list how it is except in his perfect handwriting(seriously...it's kinda girly even)...and he regroups the things by food type and crosses each thing out on my mom's list with a PERFECTLY straight line as he writes it on his list. He is also obsessed with today's economy and in the past 2 years he has bought about 15 books about stuff like what's gonna happen to our economy and crap like that. Also(this is really freaky), about twice a week, he goes on our computer to this one website with huge articles about the economy and prints like 5 of them out each time(we're always running low on ink !!) He then staples the sheets together at a PERFECTLY straight angle with the trop edge of the papers. Then he takes a highlighter(always has to be fresh and bright, not dull) and reads through and highlights all the main points I geuss. What's funny is that he almost never reads them again after he does this(yet he keeps them all stacked up in his room claiming that he needs them still..). I think theres definately something wrong with him. What do you think?
