Extremely freaky sleeping problem?

It happened just a few minutes ago, it's 2:00 AM in the night and I was lying down looking up at the ceiling trying to go to sleep and it's also raining outside. At first I slighty started feeling going numb in my left arm but it came back to me several times, I thought it wasn't such a big deal. Then I was average colored lightning strike my from the ceiling, I thought a thunderstorm started the first few seconds. But then I found myself with my mouth open and I couldn't move at all, I was in the same position and was completely unable to move. So I just tried to not move to not make it worse, and I was getting rushes of shakeness which I can't really explain. Then the area bellow my belly button started tickling for some reason. Then I was able to move again for a few seconds but it happened again. I remember this happening several times but without the lightning and it was all around 10:00 AM on weekends when I was just resting.
